Full payment will be required upon booking.

At least 48 hours’ notice is required for cancelling treatments. For Spa Day packages we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Group bookings of 3 or more people require at least 7 days’ notice.

If you wish to amend your booking in any way, please contact us before you arrive. We will do our best to accommodate any requests but cannot guarantee it.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented to the Spa Reception team upon arrival.

Spa preparation

It is recommended that no alcohol is consumed immediately prior to your arrival and that you consume plenty of water following any treatments. Those under the influence of alcohol may be refused treatment.

Arrival

Parking is available for all members and guests.

In order to make the most of your time please arrive a minimum of 20 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you time to familiarise yourself with your surroundings.

Unfortunately, if you are late for your appointment, your treatment duration may be reduced in order to not inconvenience the next booking. In this event, there will be no deduction to the price charged. The 20 minutes will include consultation and after-care advice.

Upon arrival, you shall be presented with a wrist band which allows access to your own private locker. We kindly ask that you return your wristband at the end of your visit to avoid any charges.

Day guests will be provided with a robe, towel and flip flops on arrival. If you are a hotel resident your robe and slippers will be provided in your hotel room.

Please bring your own swimwear and gym wear.

Health

As some treatments are not suitable for certain conditions, we will ask you to complete a health consultation when you arrive for your treatment or package.

Should you have any allergies, medical conditions or are taking any medication please contact our reception team on 01271 892003 to discuss treatment options.

Your health and wellbeing are our primary concern, therefore it is important to let us know of any medical issues, surgeries or pregnancy.

Please note you must be over the age of 16 to have a treatment at Source Spa and Wellness (excluding Mini Miss Nails which require an adult present).

Arrival at the spa

Please make your way to the spa reception where you will be greeted by a member of our spa team who will then start you on your source spa wellness journey. A brief description and an explanation of our procedures will then be explained. We look forward to welcoming you and hope you enjoy your spa journey experience with us.

Opening hours

The swimming pool, indoor heat experiences, hydrotherapy pool and gym are open between 7 am and 10 pm. Treatments can be booked between 10 am and 8 pm.

Make a day of it

You can book any treatment and upgrade your visit with lunch. Alternatively, please view our day spa packages.

Post-treatment

We have a spectacular coastal relaxation lounge where you can soak in the view and relax after your treatment.

What we provide

Robes, flip flops and towels are provided on each visit and guests will be allocated a locker.
